I already wear glasses and have an almost new perscription for these glasses, but I find that driving at night and especially at night in the rain, its very difficult to see clearly as light appears as this colour bloom, nothing appears really sharp and anything that contains artificial light appears to be wonky in general. I have mentioned this to my eye doctor and he really wasnt any help. I’m at the point now where I feel unconfotable on the road at night especially if the roads are busy. Is there a solution to this?

www.clearvieweyes.com – 858.452.3937 I have a very severe myopia so without my glasses I am not functional at all. The big thing for me is to be able to just open my eyes in the middle of the night and see my wife sleeping next to me. I have never been able to do that. After the surgery I can actually see the clock and what time it is without having to crawl over the night stand. My vision is really good now. It is what I would call clear natural vision. There are two types of implantable lenses approved by the FDA for vision correction currently Verisyse™ and STAAR Visian. Verisyse Implantable Contact Lenses have been used to treat moderate to severe nearsightedness, also called myopia. The Verisyse lenses are shaped much like regular contact lenses, but they are implanted into the eye between the cornea and iris. When they are in place, they give your eyes another focusing lens to use and provide you with the high-quality vision. The STAAR Visian intraocular lens was the first of its kind to be approved for use in the US The Visian lens is used to treat nearsightedness and is surgically implanted into the eye, but in a different location. The Visian lens is placed behind the iris and in front your natural lens, which is referred to as the posterior chamber of the eye. Once in this position, the Visian lens improves your vision by optimizing the way light enters your eye. Visian lenses are capable of correcting a wide range of myopia or nearsightedness, Its a safe

I don’t know what it is but when I drive at night I can’t see that well! I had the headlights on and everything but I missed my turn 3 times! I have 20/20 vision or so I am told(not saying this to brag) but it’s like when i get behind the wheel at night I can’t drive well at all. Thankfully I didn’t do anything that endangered the lives of me or anyone in another car but instead of getting in the correct lane to make a left turn I was in the straightaway lane and stopped because I thought the red arrow was for the lane I was in. Oh woe is me.
